About Coach B

Adam Bonsignori, also known as Coach B, has nearly 20 years of physical education and health teaching experience at the middle school and collegiate levels. A life-long athlete and black belt in judo, he has completed over 200 triathlons, including an Ironman, and qualified for the World Triathlon Championship in 2010. He is certified to teach in North Carolina and Florida.
